The company is divided in four units located in Espelette.
1- The butcher’s shop
The firm was founded when the butcher's shop opened in the heart of Espelette and offers ready-cooked meals, meat, delicatessen and conserves.
2- The grocer’s shop : « la Table et le Piment »
This shop seated opposite the butcher's shop in Espelette's main street. It offers our whole range of products : conserves, cured ham and ewe milk cheese.
3- The canning factory (ZA Espelette) with banquet suite and a small shop (for groups only)
