Accoceberry SARL is a craft and family firm located in the heart of the Basque Country, in the capital of the Espelette's pepper.
Created in 1959, the first Accoceberry's butcher shop keeps growing. Thus, today, it numbers fifteen employees and four sites : two shops in Espelette city centre, a 1200 m2 factory (with an outlet and and a banquet hall), and, since January 2004, a 800 m2 warehouse.
The manager , Mr Pierre ACCOCEBERRY, has been, since his childhood, fascinated by gastronomy. This gourmet wants to give a new dimension to the firm, creating various recipes of sauces and meals.
Thanks to his fine cookery and his dynamic management, he has developped a large range of quality products : butcher’s trade, delicatessen, ready-cooked meals, grocery, salted products, Espelette's pepper... His supply policy focuses on local producers in the view to support Basque gastronomy.
The traditionnal know-how developped by the Accoceberrys offers a range composed of 80 typical products of Basque cuisine.
