History
A few important dates :
- 1959 : Jean ACCOCEBERRY creates the butcher’s shop in the famous Bergara's House in Espelette.
- 1971 : Pierre ACCOCEBERRY take over from his father.
- 1975 : in order to diversify the production, ready-cooked meals are now offered in direct sale .
- 1990 : Creation of a second shop : « La Table et le Piment », in the main street of the town.
- 1990 : Standardisation of the butcher’s shop.
- 1998 : Pierre ACCOCEBERRY associates with his son to set up the private limited company Accoceberry SARL.
- Octobre 1999 : The Aldudes ham dryer is built.
- March 2001 : Opening of the canning factory, according to the European standards.
- January 2004 : Building of the new warehouse.
